Turkey’s foreign investments policy is based on the principle of equal treatment which entitle foreign investors to have the same rights and liabilities just like domestic investors.
Foreign Investors( ”FI”) could establish any form of company set out in the Turkish Commercial Code(”TCC”). The code is published in 2012 which offers investors up to dated international regulations, transparency, fast and e-based establishing procedure.
