Principles of Application to the Data Controller within the Scope of Personal Data

The person concerned can apply in written form or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority (e.g. e-mail or by means of a software or application developed for the purpose of application), provided that it is in Turkish or English regarding the personal data that has been processed.

In the application to be made;

  • Name, surname and signature if the application is written,
  • For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, T.R. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any,
  • Domicile or workplace address for notification,
  • If available, the e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification,
  • The subject of the request must exist.

The application made by the person concerned will be examined in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, and we will reply in writing or electronically within thirty days at the latest.

If it does not require a separate cost due to the response of the application made by the Person of Interest, no fee is charged. However, in case of additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority is applied.
